"Sonic
Underground" animated cartoon series from DiC begins its
syndicated run in France. Sonic the Hedgehog, his
brother Manic, and his sister Sonia circle the planet in
search of their mother -- the queen. Along the way, the
three siblings raise the spirits of repressed citizens
with their music band, Sonic Underground. Unfortunately,
Dr. Robotnik is conducting his own search for the queen
in the meanwhile, and a clash of causes is sure to
