Archie
Comics begins publishing the official "NiGHTS into
Dreams..." comic book in the US. The comic started as a
three-issue mini series and was followed up with an
additional three issues. Years ago, the Lord of
Nightmares -- Wizeman -- sent his most powerful dream to
a simple smith. The smith became obsessed with the
object he saw in the dream, and began creating it...that
object would become the spire of Twin Seeds tower, and
the gateway between Nightopia and the real world. Once
every hundred years, the world of dreams and reality
become parallel, and at the time of convergence, two
"perfect dreamers" exist within the real world. These
"perfect dreamers" have the rare and powerful red power
of perfect dreams...and the power Wizeman needs to
escape from Nightopia and spread his darkness in the
real world. |
