The only
official Sonic manga so far, this started as a serial in
Shogaku-Yonensei ("Elementary School") magazine.
Apparently, the serial ended six or seven years ago, and
outside of some doujin (fan manga), there has been
nothing further on the Japanese front. Here
is an image from one of the pages in a story titled:
"Save Little John." The image was scanned from a French
gaming mag. Thanks to Mary "Solly" Yamasaki and
Alessandro Sanasi. |

The name was decided on when one of the researchers came
across an ad for Sonic the Hedgehog 3 in a
magazine, and thought the name perfectly described the
general attitude of the research team behind the
discovery. |
