The REAL Lord of the Rings
The day rapidly approaches. The tenth anniversary of the day we all sold our
mortal souls to our blue savior. I just turned 20, so for me -- from this point forward -- I
will have been a Sonic fan for the majority of my life. And DAMN proud of it, babeee! I'd like
to do something really special to commemorate this milestone in GHZ style, but alas, I'm still
running in circles playing catch-up. For the next few weeks I'm going to be concentrating on
getting the site back online (how many times have I said that, now?), so rather than ramble on
the front page and try to keep up with the news, I have made a chart below stating what is
complete and what remains to be done. I'll be updating the chart daily as I get things done
(keeping in mind some days I won't have time to do anything), so you can keep up with it from
there. Once I get the museum back online, I'll resume the front page ramblings.
Incidentally, I've decided to keep the news section despite what I said before
I left for vacation. This change of heart was inspired by one of my favorite GHZers who pointed
out that -- even though I may be outdone in terms of coverage, everything that passes through my
FTP program is embued with the GHZ brand of idiocy that still makes it stand out. So, partially
because of this and partially because I'm interested in further honing my writing skills and I
couldn't ask for better practice, I've decided to keep maintaining the news section. The fact
that the GHZer in question is a young Asian chick has absolutely nothing to do with it, I swear.
Hey, here's an important request: I need screenshots of Phantasy Star Online
for the museum page. With the US release of Ver.2 scarcely a month away -- and considering we
won't be able to play version 1 again after popping our respective Ver.2 cherries -- we need to
get these shots as soon as possible. Why the rush? Well, the catch is that I want my character
to be in 'em, or at least some of 'em. I know, I'm a spotlight hog, but it's my site so I can do
what I want. Anyway, if you can help me with the PSO screenshots, please
contact me ASAP and we'll set a date and place to
form a screenshot-taking game. I intend on starting Ver.2 on day one, so this needs to be done
within the next month, with the pre-Adventure 2 weeks being ideal. Can I get a volunteer? Shou?

Okay, now onto the list. Let's see what I've accomplished in two weeks, on May
27 (when you can also expect me to gush with raving love for Sonic Adventure 2).
