 Species: Rat Nationality:  ChinaOccupation: Orphan employee of Panda House, Johnny and Susan's foster daughter Sprite is one of the many orphans working in Panda House, and she's one of the smartest, if not the smartest, orphans in the group. While she has a bright future with good grades in school, she really wishes that she had a family, and would do anything to have one, including doing sneaky things. She clicked with the two American mice, Johnny and Susan, even after they noticed what she was doing. Neither of them could have it in their heart to turn her away, but they were unsure about adopting a girl from another country. So Johnny decided to start small and work up with her, starting off as a Big Brother, and over time a foster parent setting (by now being called "Number One," a take on an old Chinese tradition of highlighting birth orders), and eventually by the end of the series, she ends up finally adopted by the Briz'es and she ends up starting a new life in America awaiting baby siblings from Mother. Sprite's acrobatic ability meshes well with Johnny's free running and combined martial art talents, which makes her an advid pupil to Johnny's mentoring. She even picks up his style on occasions.  |
