 Species: Penguin Nationality:  BahamasOccupation: Pilot and Gambler Sword Knights status: Pilot Padley's peculiar nationality is a mere suggestion. Born in Antarctica like any other penguin, he was discovered to be the first penguin ever with aquaphobia. Even a filled bathtub would give him a panic attack. Nevertheless he was ostracized and eventually exiled from the continent. He responding by switching the element he's specializes, from water to air. He became a pilot, and with a sea plane he travels the world. He also knows how to pilot a helicopter for shorter distances. He became famous for being the first penguin pilot, then became infamous for his carousing. More often than not he's found snuggled up by at least one big-breasted and scantily clad woman feeding him frozen mackerel. Unfortunately, this doesn't leave him with money left to pay the debts he's drowning in, so when he's not being wined and dined, he's usually getting chased by unscrupulous debt collectors. Tubby often wonders why he puts up with him, only to be reminded that he's readily available to shuttle Hong Mao and company around, and even with his poor financial choices, he really doesn't cost much in hiring him. Tubby might actually apprecaite it if he doesn't have to keep himself from throttling him. In fights, Padley is the kind who subscribes to "Never bring a knife to a gun fight," which is the source of his initial guffawing of the Sword Kngihts. Until he sees first hand what those swords can do, of course. He packs a revolver with a variety of ammo, ranging from the street-legal non-leathal variety to concussive explosions.  |
