but
of
a
new
drink
called
Saki
as
well,
warmed
the
visitors
into
investing
their
time
and
treasure
into
the
inn’s
development
.
Also,
a
guy
and
one
of
Knight’s
girls
end
up
becoming
kitsune
—
actually
a
henna
-
furred
version
called
Vintalli
—
because
of
the
before
-
mentioned
efforts
.
Chapter
7
The
sailors
tell
of
their
port
of
call,
the
recently
remodeled
Rishadan
Port,
where
they
can
return
to
gather
supplies
and
advertise
the
budding
resort
.
A
party
returns
there
with
Jasmine
and
Shadow
-
Tail
in
tow
.
Despite
clearly
stating
that
Jasmine’s
business
is
purely
for
personal
use
—
she’s
buying
stuff
for
her
home,
as
she
says
—
she
runs
into
problems
with
Mercadia’s
bureaucracy
.
Between
their
coming
off
as
peons
to
Jasmine
and
crassly
uncivilized
to
Shadow
-
Tail,
(The
way
they
described
Jasmine
to
the
Magistrate
really
offends
him
.
)
the
friction
between
the
two
parties
only
gets
worse
until
Jasmine
reveals
herself
as
a
planeswalker
to
the
multi
-
chinned
leader
of
Mercadia
.
At
this
point
Jasmine
finds
out
that
a
lot
of
people
are
fed
up
over
planeswalkers,
and
it
took
a
lot
of
doing
for
Jasmine
and
Shadow
-
tail
to
make
it
to
sea
alive
.
Chapter
8
The
Magistrate
ordered
every
available
soldier
and
sailor
to
go
after
Jasmine
“Before
she
finishes
up
the
job
started
by
that
[expletive]
Urza”
and
ensure
that
no
trace
of
her
existence
is
left
standing
.
This
meant
the
island
.
Jasmine
sends
word
ahead
to
the
island
and
then
prepares
to
make
her
stand
against
100
ships
and
1200
armed
men
.
With
only
a
freight
ship
and
a
fox
samurai
with
her
.
Meanwhile,
Shadow
-
Tip
and
the
other
kitsune
appeal
to
whoever
spirits
exist
in
Dominaria
.
And
in
a
climatic
scene,
their
prayers
are
answered,
as
what
could
be
described
as
a
Dominarian
kami
appears
from
the
ocean
to
Jasmine’s
aid
.
Chapter
9
Jasmine
made
a
shrine
on
the
island
in
thanks
to
the
spirits
for
their
assistants
.
When
they
appeared
to
her
again,
they
used
the
same
phrase
Jasmine
used
to
invite
the
kistune:
“An
ember
by
itself
flickers
and
dies
alone,
but
many
together
burn
brighter
.
”
...
as
she’s
doing
so,
the
location
of
the
lsland
is
found
on
the
map,
and
everyone
involved
was
in
utter
shock
over
where
it
was:
In
the
middle
of
Jumuraa,
or
what’s
left
of
it
.
