6.  The Book of Foxfire 1980-1995 AD I don’t need to know the origins behind these books to know they’re special.  I have one of them; a Dominarian Book of which I share my penname.  And judging from what happened to me, these books radically changes the lives of whoever holds them. Truth be told, you can’t just find these books.  Books of this nature find you. The Book of Foxfire chose me one Christmas eve at around 1980.  I was on top of a log jungle gym in the middle of a blinding blizzard when it came down from the sky in a pillar of flame.  Real Chariots of Fire type stuff.  I don’t know all of the details, but one moment I was in snowblind conditions reaching for that book, and the next I was wandering the outskirts of what would be Las Vegas, NV.  15 years forward in time! Needless to say, it took me a while to actually talk about it.  Good thing my foster father, Copper Mystran was around.  More on him in another article.  Truse me on this, it’s another story entirly. Eventually after I finally found the nerve to talk about it, it became known that it was the Book that has done this, and it wasn’t the only book that has this ability. 7.  Deckmaster and Magic: The Gathering 1992-2000 We all know about the 800 pound gorilla of Collecting Card Games, but did you know that the back of each card has a clue about how Richard Garfield got the idea behind the game.  That’s right, folks, he has a Dominarian book too.  It’s name?  Deckmaster. What?  You think that word at the bottom of the card back design is for show?  It’s the exact replica for the cover with the M:TG logo added to it. I found out about this almost by accident.  I thought that using The Book of Foxfire as a dueling board.  It scattered my cards all over the room as it opened up (Did I tell you that it tends to do that?) and revealed a very detailed accounting of the major events in the game.  As an example, I found an exact duplicate copy of "The Brother’s War." on paperback, word by word. It also contained an listing of the Dominarian Books by title, and the book entitled "Deckmaster" in that list make me connect the dots. Does Richard Garfield know about me?  Definitely.  In fact, we actually met and compared notes with our Dominarian Books.  I found out that Deckmaster had been acting out in turn and informed Richard about me.  It seems that these Dominarian Books know each other.
