Origin:
  Project Starlight (Classified): From samples of Alien DNA found at 
Roswell in the 1940 and various other alien crashes since then, were combined into 15 "experiments", a set of genetic misfits with amazing abilities. The project's funding was pulled 1978 after 30 years of secret research that resulted in an explosion in area 51(see events: breakout) Left hanging were 15 children of various ages, one of those was starrla. whe was rescued by one of the scientists and raised as his own daughter. She finds out about the project totaly at age 20, when an attempt to retrieve her failed. Of the 15 children, only Starrla lives as far as anyone associated with the project knows.


Events:
July 9, 1978: Breakout: Dr David Light escapes with infant Starrla from area 51 with an advanced aircraft to minneapolis. Explosions that occurred immediately after are attributed to weapons on the aircraft, although the project could have been scuttled in order to cover up the research, most of it illegal. 

1 day after piasa: starrla learns the truth about her past. Finds way into 
the void via tech pack and lands on Mobius approximately between BAM RESTART part 1 & 2
