Super Sonic Racing: Part 2
				"Can You Feel the Sunshine?"

				FLASHBACK: (To part 1)
	Sonic, Tails, Knuckles and Amy are about to race Robotnik for the Chaos Emeralds. They have to get 5 tokens, all the emeralds on the course, AND 1st place. Let's go!

	"GO!"
	The racers were off. Sonic jumped ahead of the pack. "Meet ya' later!" he shouted. He jumped up over the mountain in front of him. He saw a golden coin with a picture of Metal Sonic on it. He grabbed it and put in in his backpack. Dr. Robotnik had passed him. Sonic poured on the speed grabbing several rings. He flew down the curves and went over a bridge.
	Tails saw Sonic zoom past. He was staring at a metal door that was closed. He shoved 20 rings into the slot and the door slid open. He ran through the tunnel and picked up a Metal Sonic token. "Got it!" he cried. He emerged from the tunnel and passed Amy.
	Knuckles and Robotnik were neck and neck until they came to a fork in the road. Knuckles took the left and Dr. R took the right. He almost ran past a Metal Sonic Token. He jumped around and got it. "Yes!" he shouted.
	Amy came up behind Knuckles and passed him goin through the loop. She finished the first lap and started the second. Instead of going on the first bridge next to the waterfall, she turned left and through a tunnel of sorts. She picked up a gold Metal Sonic token. She zomed past the door Tails had left open, and using her car's floatig ability, got another token on an island.
	Sonic looked up at the metal door in front of him. He jammed about 50 rings into and it opened. He ran through and got a bright blue Chaos Emerald. He used his Spin Dash to knock Dr. R away from first place.
	Dr. Robotnik spun around. Knuckles and Tails passed him. Amy slowly rumbled by. He started back up. He tok a shortcut to the right of the loop. He aimed his laser on Tails and shot.
	"OUCH!" Tails cried. Dr. R had hit him. He fell on his face, and the Eggman passed him. Amy rumbled by.
	"Get on Tails!" she yelled. She helped Tails up onto the back of her little car. They drove through the tunnel shortcut and back into third place. Tails jumped off the car and landed in Dr. R's hovercraft.
	"ARGH! Get off you two tailed freaking fox!" He thundered. Dr. R skidded off the road and Tails flew off. 
	Only a few more yards left! Sonic thought. He went through the loop and passed the finish line. Knuckles came in 2nd right behind Sonic. Tails followed for 3rd. Amy came in for 4th.
	"Did we get all 5 tokens?" Sonic asked. He threw the one he found on the ground.
	"I got one" Knuckles and Tails said in unison.
	"I found two."Amy said grinning. 
	Dr. Robotnik came up slowly for last place. "You got all 5!" he shouted. "Prepare to lose your emerald and your life!" he cackled. "Now you have to race Metal Sonic, and win or else *I* get your emerald!"
	Metal Sonic appeared at the starting line. His eyes glowed red. Amy motioned to Sonic. 
	"I know a shortcut!" she whispered in his ear. "Go to the left of the first bridge for a giant head start."
	Sonic grinned. "Thanks, kid!" He ran to the starting line.
	"GO!"
	Metal Sonic's jets turned on and he was off. Sonic ran right behind him, and when he got to the bridge he turned left. Through the stone tunnel and past the 20 ring door. Sonic jumped onto the bridge ahead of Metal Sonic.  He went off the track into an area with trees and through a hole in the rock for an even bigger gap between the two hedgehogs. He finished the first lap. He took the same shortcuts again on the second lap, but he fell in the water. He got up and saw M-Sonic right in front of him. He spin dashed into Metal sending him into a wall. Sonic finished the 2nd lap. He decided not to take shortcuts this time."I'm gonna win!" he cried! He ran right into the fence. "OOF!" Metal passed him again. They ran neck and neck to the loop that led to the finish line. Sonic veered to the right beating Metal- barely.
	"NOOOO!" Robotnik cried tuuging at his mustache. "You won!" Tails, Amy, and Knuckles aplauded. Robotnik kept crying. 
	"Was there any doubt?" Sonic joked. He threw the emerald in his backpack.
	"No matter." Robotnik said calmly. "The next course is at Radical City. Be there in 10 minutes.
