The New Generation World Hobby Fair was held over the weekend (June 12 & 13) in Japan, and Sega was present, still desperately trying to push Dreamcast onto a market obsessed with Game Boy and Pokémon. (Some things about Japanese culture I will never understand...) Anyway, where there is Sega, there is Sonic, and WHF was no exception. Here's a pic of some Sonic doodlybob hanging from the ceiling, and a pic of a stage show with the Sonic costumes.

On related notes, the recent issue of "Sega Maga" (the official Japanese Sega mag) reportedly includes pics of the latest Sonic goodies from the Land of the Rising Sun...namely, Sonic curtains and cushions. If anyone can get scans of this, I would be eternally grateful. No, really.
