The pics shown at Sega X are scanned from the latest issue of the Japanese "Dreamcast Magazine", formerly known as "Sega Saturn Magazine". The mag also stated that the time of day will change as you play the game...a feature being worked into alot of recent games, most notably Zelda: The Ocarina of Time. Like Panzer Dragoon Saga, you'll find different people and get different reactions depending on the time of day you visit.

And now the pièce de résistance! Do the screenshots below throw you into a sense of déjà vu? Sure, you could swear you've played that exact same thing, say...roughly two years ago on your Saturn. Like it was all a dream... Dream...of course, that's it! Great mother of Eggman, that's NiGHTS in Sonic Adventure! The pinball table has Reala's symbol right smack in the middle, and that's either an Ideya Capture or a severely deformed Chaos Emerald hovering above it. And you don't need extra-sensory vision to identify Twin Seeds Tower in the right screenshot, along with those orange rings that NiGHTS made it a habit of flying through. In all honesty, the right screen looks a bit fake...but then again, NiGHTS did give Sonic a cameo in Christmas NiGHTS, so I guess the blue blur's just returning the favor, neh? These are probably pictures of one of the bonus rounds (Special Stages?).
