In a closing effort to squeeze the very last out of Japanese Saturns, Sega plans to release
Sonic 3D Blast, a two-year old title that was previously only released in the US and UK.
The game will be sold under its original UK name, Sonic 3D: Flickies' Island, and goes on
sale January 14, 1999. Obviously, they hope to cash in on the wave of hedgehog hype surrounding
Sonic Adventure.
No major changes should have to be made for 3D Blast's debut in the Land of the Rising Sun,
although it isn't known whether or not SoJ will actually go through the trouble of changing all
the "Robotnik" signs in Spring Stadium to read "Eggman"...
