Nightmare: This piranha-like Nightmare is, like all fish, confined to water; thus his battle abilities are severely restricted. But that doesn't stop Gulpo's brain from thinking up elaborate schemes to put NiGHTS' rebellion to an end.

Despite being the brains of Wizeman's henchmen Nightmaren, and restricted to water, Gulpo does have some redeeming qualities as a fighter. His mighty jaw could snap even the tallest of trees from Mystic Forest like twigs. He's also learned how to concentrate the electrical energy in the water, and send it out in small charges, creating a shocking surprise for his foes.
